Anne Van Camp was the Director of the Smithsonian Institution Archives 2007-2018. She oversaw the operations of the Archives and set policy and direction for the Archives' programs.

My favorite collection at the moment is our vast photographic collection that documents the visual history of the Institution. An estimated 3 million images remain in need of preservation, description, and open access - a big job looking for angels.
