Summary:

Roy S. Clarke was educated at Cornell University (B.A. 1949) and at George Washington University (M.S. 1957) as a geochemist. From 1966, he was an Associate Curator and Curator (1970) in the Department of Mineral Sciences, National Museum of Natural History. His principal interest has been in the chemical analysis of meteorites and minerals. Materials include correspondence, photographs, and notes derived from Clarke's research as Curator and Curator Emeritus at the National Museum of Natural History.
