Consists of the program for the J. Laurens Barnard Memorial, held on April 9, 1992, in the Waldo LaSalle Schmitt Room of the Natural History Building; a biographical sketch and bibliography of Barnard; and audiotaped documentation of the memorial program. Barnard was a Curator in the National Museum of Natural History, Division of Crustacea (part of the Department of Invertebrate Zoology). Also included are two 120 minute VHS videocassette copies of the recording of the J. Laurens Barnard Memorial meeting (added through Accession 92-095).
