Descriptive Entry
This accession consists of records created and maintained by Richard H. Hider, Supervisory Horticulturist and later Supervisor, Graphics and Production, documenting the planning and development of exhibitions such as Amazonia, the grasslands exhibition, Olmsted Walk, the Think Tank, and the tiger and gibbon facilities as well as general information about a wide variety of exhibitions. Materials include memoranda, correspondence, drawings, diagrams, maps, proposals, status reports, contractual information, lists of plants, revised master plan, photographs, slides, and notes.
