Very cool photo. If it wasn't for the flag in the foreground I would have assumed it was situated in Russia or Eastern Europe. Apart from the flag it looks a lot more Eastern than American to me- building spires, tractors and overall general bleakness.

Agreed...it certainly doesn't look like the landscape I'm used to seeing on the Mall!
