This accession consists of the records of Bernard S. Finn, Curator Emeritus of electricity collections, and Elliot N. Sivowitch, Museum Specialist, which document their curatorial and professional activities in the Division of Information Technology and Society at the National Museum of American History (NMAH). Earlier records date from when the division was known as the Division of Electricity and Modern Physics, the Division of Electricity and Nuclear Energy, and the Division of Electricity; and when NMAH was known as the Museum of History and Technology and the National Museum of History and Technology, respectively. Other staff represented in this accession include curator W. James King, research associate Richard T. Loomis, research assistant Robert D. Friedel, and collections manager Nancy L. Briscoe. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, and notes; a symposium lecture paper; a report; photographs; articles; and brochures.
