This accession consists of the Minor Planet Center (MPC) website as it existed on November 18, 2020. The Minor Planet Center operates at the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, under the auspices of Division F of the International Astronomical Union (IAU). The Minor Planet Center is the single worldwide location for receipt and distribution of positional measurements of minor planets, comets, and outer irregular natural satellites of the major planets. The website provides information about services provided to observers and about available publications and software. It also includes technical information and other documentation.
