This accession consists of records documenting planning for the exchange of the Space Shuttle Enterprise with the Space Shuttle Discovery at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. These files provide the technical details of moving the orbiters that were planned in collaboration with the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and several aerospace contractors as well as the logistical details of the special events that marked the occasion.
