Lt. Colonel Raymond Alexander Kelser (1892-1952), veterinarian, bacteriologist and immunologist, U.S. Army Veterinary Corps, Office of the Surgeon General. In October 1940, Kelser served as Chairman of the American Veterinary Medical Association's Special Committee on Rabies.
