Summary

This accession consists of the email account of Marc Pachter, Acting Director, 2011-2013, and documents his administration of the National Museum of American History. The account consists of approximately 20,724 email messages including correspondence with educational institutions; government agencies; professional associations; prominent individuals in the field of the history of science and technology; and museum service divisions concerning cooperative exhibitions, programs, activities and special events of the museum.
