Presentation of Orteig Prize check, a $25,000 illuminated check awarded to Charles A. Lindbergh after his successful trans-Atlantic flight in the "Spirit of St. Louis" in 1927, to the National Air and Space Museum (NASM), formerly known as National Air Museum, with NASM Director S. Paul Johnston and Assistant Secretary James C. Bradley, in the Arts and Industries Building.
