This accession consists of two publications issued by the Office of Facilities Engineering and Operations (OFEO): "Treasures in Trouble: The Decay in Smithsonian Facilities," which documents the deteriorating conditions in Smithsonian museums; and "OFEO Strategic Plan, Fiscal Years 2009-2013," OFEO's proposed objectives and strategies over a five year period, based on data collected by a working group.
