Summary

This collection contains two field books by Walter A. Weber, originally maintained by the Division of Birds. They are two bird specimen catalogs, one from the Weeks African Expedition in 1955, and the other from Mexico in 1943. Specific localities include but may not be limited to Cameroon, Chad, Tabasco, Veracruz, and Chiapas. Entries are dated, and include such information as common name, sex, specific locality, and some additional brief notes. Field numbers are present for both catalogs.
