Summary

This collection contains twelve field books and two folders by Julian S. Warmbath, originally maintained by the Division of Birds. There are nine volumes of a field journal from Warbath's trip to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Arctic in which he details hunting and collecting of bird and mammal specimens, as well as weather observations, travel details, daily activity, camp arrangements, and anecdotal stories. Other items include specimen lists of birds, eggs and nests, mammals, and plants. There are also miscellaneous field notes, sketches, and correspondence.
