Summary

Hilda Margaret Torrop (1892-1978) was a founder and, in 1962, executive director of the National Association for Practical Nurse Education and Service, Inc. (NAPNES). She had begun her career in nursing administration in Boston and became executive secretary of NAPNES in 1947.
