French scientist Alexandre Dauvillier (1882-1979) was primary laboratory assistant to Maurice de Broglie [SIA Digital No. 2008-0936], working on x-ray crystallography from 1919 to 1931; during the mid-1920s, Dauvillier also conducted experiments with television.
