Materials include the correspondence; memoranda; exhibition planning and object information; photographs, contact sheets, slides, and negatives of objects, exhibition, and deinstallation process; visitor comments; contracts; exhibition maintenance information; deinstallation plans; budget summaries; information pertaining to conservation of objects, environmental management, and label installation project; brochures; and news releases.
