Summary

Consists of records documenting budgets, budget preparations, expenditures, and financial allocations. The financial records date prior to the creation of the current Museum title during the tenures of John Ellerton Lodge, Archibald Gibson Wenley, and John Alexander Pope, and include the tenures of Milo Cleveland Beach, Director, 1987-2001, and Julian Raby, Director, 2002-2017. Materials include correspondence; memoranda; notes; budget worksheets; ledgers and booklets pertaining to petty cash funds, cash and bank accounts, requisitions, and sales shop records; expenditure lists; and related materials. Also includes a field expedition account book. Some materials are in electronic format.
