Summary

Consists of records documenting the planning, development, and execution of public programs associated with collections and exhibitions. In approximately 2007, the department was renamed Education and Public Programs, but it reverted back to the Department of Education in 2014. Materials include budgets, notes, guest lists, seating charts, schedules, performer releases, publicity files, clippings, ephemera, correspondence, memoranda, activity guides, workshop materials, tour statistics, teacher's packets, newsletters, images, object lists, floorplans, program brochures, pamphlets, photographs, audiovisual materials, floor plans, and related materials. Some materials are in electronic format.
