Consists of records documenting the administrative activities and special projects conducted by the Assistant Secretary for Envrionmental and External Affairs, Thomas E. Lovejoy, 1987-1994. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, information files, brochures, clippings, black-and-white photographs, and books. Some materials were created and maintained by Rumana Ahmad Chaudhuri and Janet W. Solinger.
