Summary

Consists of records documenting the conceptualization, development, design, and execution of exhibitions as well as cancelled or rejected exhibitions. Materials include exhibition proposals; research files; correspondence; photographs and slides of objects; checklists; floor plans, elevations, and other drawings; scripts; label copy; publicity materials; press reviews; funding and budget records; catalogues and catalogue publication notes; bibliographies; planning and development files; meeting minutes; contracts; and signage and capability reports. Some materials are in electronic format.
