Mann, Superintendent, 1925-1926, and Director, 1926-1956; and Theodore H. Reed, Acting Director, 1956-1958, and Director, 1958-1983. Materials include incoming and outgoing correspondence, annual reports, a sample of correspondence index cards, and letter registers for the main incoming correspondence file, 1887-1900.
