Consists of records documenting the curatorial activities of Carl H. Scheele, Assistant Curator in the Division of Philately and Postal History, 1959-1963; Associate Curator in Charge and Curator in the Division of Postal History, 1964-1977; and Curator and Curator Emeritus in the Division of Community Life, 1978-1989. Also includes the records of Richard E. Ahlborn, Curator in the Division of Community Life.
