Summary

Consists of records documenting the establishment and administration of the National Postal Museum. Materials predating 1990 were created by the National Museum of American History, National Philatelic Collection. Materials include planning information, newspaper clippings and articles, research files, proposals, contracts, meeting minutes, architectural drawings, floor plans, exhibition files and photographs, agreements, budget materials, briefing materials, construction information, posters, and administrative records.
