Consists of records documenting the activities of the Assistant Secretary for Museum Programs regarding exhibitions held during the tenure of Paul N. Perrot, Assistant Secretary, 1972-1983; and William N. Richards, Jr., Acting Assistant Secretary, 1983-1986.
