Sanderson, Special Events Officer, 1976-1977, Public Information Officer, 1978-1980; Susan B. Beaudette, Museum Program Coordinator, 1981-1985; Anne Walton, Special Events Assistant, 1983-1987; and Renee Kortum, Museum Support Manager, 1985. Materials include staff correspondence and memoranda; lecture series planning files; contracts; invitation lists; floor plans; information on exhibition openings and receptions; newspaper clippings, press releases, and articles pertaining to events; symposium information; photographs and contact sheets of lecturers, exhibition openings, and special guests; audio and video recordings; and financial reports.
