"Watercraft of the World: From Raft to Full-Rigged Ship" exhibit of naval architecture in the United States National Museum, now Arts and Industries Building, in the late nineteenth century. Canoes are hung from the ceiling. Models of sailboats can be seen in cases along the walls. Models of ships are displayed in floor cases. Haida canoes can be seen in this view.
