Summary

Congress appropriates funds for design and preparation of working drawings for the construction of additions to the Natural History Building. The architects, Mills, Petticord and Mills, submitted tentative drawings and a model, which enabled the regulatory bodies (Commission of Fine Arts and National Capital Planning Commission) to approved the design and the location.
