Lynn V. Black, Sr., custodian, at Watch Clock Station #1, the Smithsonian Institution Guard Office at the United States National Museum storage facility in Luray, Virginia, near Shenandoah National Park. The collections were transferred to the storage facility for safekeeping during World War II.
