Fisheries Exhibit in the northeast Range of the United States National Museum Building (Arts and Industries Building), with female attendant seated in the center. The wood floors in the building were replaced between 1895 and 1905.

Original negative number is 2599, but that negative has been lost. Note on back of one of the photos (B42, F18) indicates that the photo was reproduced in an 1886 Handbook. Photo can also be found in RU95 B42 F18.
