Former President Gerald Ford at the unveiling of his presidential portrait in a ceremony in the National Portrait Gallery's (NPG) Hall of Presidents, June 1988. The portrait was painted by Everett Raymond Kinstler. What appears to be a portrait of James Buchanan can be seen in the background.
