Spider monkeys in the newly renovated Monkey House at the National Zoological Park, 1975. The new glass-enclosed cage for the spider monkeys includes new with logs of solid oak for them to climb on and they were specially designed for this species of monkey. The ropes, simulating climbing vines are two-inch manila rope.
