T. Dale Stewart is named the first Assistant Secretary for Science to serve as the administrative link between the following: Center for the Study of Man; National Air and Space Museum; National Museum of Natural History; National Zoological Park; Office of Environmental Studies; Radiation Biology Laboratory; Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory; Smithsonian Science Information Exchange; and the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.
