Summary

View of the roof of the Arts and Industries Building, with Rocket Row along the west side. Photo was taken from the roof of the Smithsonian Institution Building or "Castle." The Army Medical Museum, demolished in 1969, is visible in the background. Note that the Polaris missile is the A-1, so the image is prior to 1967 when the Polaris A-3 replaced it.
