Summary

Archaeologist Bruce D. Smith of the National Museum of Natural History examines arrowheads found on a Missouri farm. He holds an arrowhead in his hands and several arrowheads are laid out on the table. Smith directed an intensive study in the 150-square-mile Southeastern region of Missouri that surrounds the Peter Bess mound.
