A storage area on the balcony at the end of North Hall in the United States National Museum, now the Arts and Industries Building. Along the outside wall under the windows is a row of storage cabinets with busts and other objects sitting on top of them. Along the wall that would overlook the hall below, there are paintings leaning against it. The largest of the paintings has written on the back "'Not By Might' by A. M. Hazard, value $10,000.00."
