Staffers, going to and from the Museum Support Center, Silver Hill Facility (MSC), can ride in the new 20-passenger bus which was formally launched on February 6, 1989. The bus is beside the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) . NMNH's Deputy Director James Tyler uses the ceremonial scissors to cut the ribbon while Plant Services Deputy Director Mike Sofield holds the ribbon taut. Two ribbon-cutting ceremonies were held: one at MSC and one at Natural History.
