Summary

A moongate, carved from a solid piece of granite nine feet tall, is one of the entryways into a serene garden adjacent to the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery (AMSG) of Asian art. Seen through the moongate is the Arts and Industries Building (A&I) which borders the four-acre Enid A. Haupt Garden in which the Sackler Gallery and National Museum of African Art pavilions are located.
