Summary

Section 203(o) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 484(o)) is amended--(1) by striking out paragraph (1); (2) by redesignating paragraphs (2) and (3) as paragraphs (1) and (2), respectively; and (3) in paragraph (2) (as so redesignated) by striking out "paragraph (2)" and inserting in lieu thereof "paragraph (3)". Section 3 of the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the transfer of certain real property for wildlife, or other purposes.", approved May 19, 1948 (16 U.S.C. 667d; 62 Stat. 241) is amended by striking out "and shall be included in the annual budget transmitted to the Congress".
