Summary

Mr. Tappan from the Joint Committee on the Library gives notice that he would ask for consideration of the bill the next day. At the end of the proceedings for the day he proposes that there be a reconsideration of the vote that when the Senate adjourn it be to the next Monday taken earlier that day because he was anxious for the a vote on the Smithsonian bill. His motion is denied.
