PrintSubsection (e) of section 6 of the John F. Kennedy Center Act (Public Law 85-874, as amended; 20 U.S.C. 761) is amended by adding at the end the following: "There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection not to exceed $4,287,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, and not to exceed $4,400,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981.". Ralph E. Becker is designated an honorary trustee of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in recognition of his distinguished service as a founding trustee and general counsel for the Center from 1958 to 1976.
