Summary

Several technical amendments are listed for the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 954♭. Additional amendments cover: interagency agreements; grants; Federal financial assistance; administrative provisions; and authorization of appropriations. Title II of this Act provides for amendments to the Museum Services Act (20 U.S.C. 962). The amendments refer to competitive service employees; contracts and cooperative agreements; professional museum organization; review and evaluation procedures; and appropriation authorizations. Title III, Amendments to Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Act, provides for an increase in the aggregate amounts covered under indemnity agreements and for deductible amounts under indemnity agreements.
