Summary

The portion of the Mall bounded by Third Street, Maryland Avenue, Fourth Street, and Jefferson Drive in the District of Columbia is reserved as a site for the future public uses of the Smithsonian Institution. The Smithsonian Institution may not make any use of the portion of the Mall described in the first section of this Act unless such use is first approved by the Congress.
