Summary

Further appropriations are provided for: foreign assistance activities; foreign military credit sales; other foreign assistance; and the export-import bank. Emergency school assistance activities for which an appropriation was made in the Office of Education Appropriation Act, 1971 may continue to be conducted at an annual rate for administrative operations not to exceed the fiscal year 1971 rate. Activities of the American Revolution Bicentennial Commission may continue to be conducted at rates for operations not to exceed the fiscal year 1971 rates.
