Summary

Clause c of section 102 of the joint resolution of July 1, 1971 (Public law 92-38) is amended by striking out "August 6, 1971" and inserting in lieu thereof "October 15, 1971". Obligations may be incurred for the activities of the Federal Power Commission from July 1, 1971 in anticipation of appropriations for the fiscal year 1972.
