Summary

The Architect of the Capitol is authorized and directed, on behalf of the United States Congress, to lend the John C. King marble bust of President John Quincy Adams to the Smithsonian Institution for the National Portrait Gallery exhibit "Life Portraits of John Quincy Adams". The loan is to be effected no later than October 15, 1970 and terminated on or before February 1, 1971.
