Summary

The number of trustees for the National Cultural Center is changed from fifteen to thirty. This Act shall cease to be effective if the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution does not find that sufficient funds to construct the National Cultural Center have been received by the Trustees within eight years, instead of the original five year limit.
