Summary

Certain provisions of law, which relate to the submission of reports to Congress or other Government authority, are hereby repealed. The repeals include: "The first sentence of section 3 of the Act of June 15, 1936 (49 Stat. 1506; 36 U.S.C. 139b), establishing The National Yeomen F, which reads: 'That said organization shall report annually to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution concerning its proceedings, and said Secretary shall communicate to Congress such portions thereof as he may deem of national interest and importance.".
