Summary

Section 203 (e) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, is further amended to read as follows: all disposals or contracts for disposal of surplus property made or authorized by the Administrator shall be made after publicly advertising for bids. Procedures are set forth for public advertising for bids and for disposal by negotiation.
