Summary

The Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 is amended by renumbering subsections (l), (m), and (n) of section 203 as subsections "(m)", "(n)", and "(o)", respectively. The Administrator of General Services is authorized to donate to the American National Red Cross property which has been determined to be surplus property.
